Nous avons souper à Seattle, très jolie ville portuaire (ou maritime, on s'en fou), agréable moment à la "Old Spaghetti Factory" que je RECOMMANDE grandement! Service excellent, nourriture délicieuse, décoration magique (ils ont installés un vieux tramway dans la bâtisse où les gens peuvent allés s'assoir et manger, c'est cute non? Oui c'est cute.) Bref. La suite de l'histoire en journal ;
" Hi dad, just wanted to tell you we're great. We slept in the Rainforest in-between Seattle and Portland. We don't have a destination today but as J. would say it's not about the destination it's about the journey."

PETIT TUNNEL À NISQUALLY |
" We woke up early with the sun and grabbed a mocha in one of those thousands coffee boxes on the side of the roads. Didn't taste as good as at the Coffee Shop of course but it felt good anyways."
" We stopped in Salem at the Saturday Market. When we left we got stuck in the traffic. The little one was making bubbles."

STATE PARK / BEVERLY BEACH |
" We drove down south the Oregon Coast, trying to find a state park to stay for the night. We finally ended up at Beverly Beach, walking along the shore to find wood for the campfire. It started to rain later but we didn't really care. We shared some beer and Tequila with our neighbors while she was playing guitar."
" On our way back, we found people surfing at Cape Kiwanda where we stopped for a few minutes. A quick nap but long enough for the little one to get pulled over in Aberdeen. Fortunately, the policeman was really nice to us and we didn't get any ticket, just a funny story to tell."
" We had 7 more hours to go and it was getting late. Since the weather was nasty for the last day we decided to have a good time in a hotel room with Jaccuzi and a 24/7 pool. It felt good to sleep in a King size bed."
" We crossed the Canadian border on monday and headed back home slowly. We could have stayed longer. Those times are always too short but it was nice to leave the routine behind for a week-end."
